Since the 1990’s, Panther Ridge II “The Trails” has been an oasis of Old Florida serenity just a short drive from the world’s finest beaches and all the cultural offerings of Sarasota, Bradenton, and greater Tampa/St. Petersburg. We are the premiere Gulf Coast equestrian-friendly community with miles of hiking, biking, and horse trails running throughout our pristine natural landscape. Panther Ridge is the core of Manatee County’s renowned horse country and the last frontier of large single-family tracts just east of Lakewood Ranch, the nation’s number one multi-generational community.

Our association’s dedicated volunteers serve our members by promoting Panther Ridge standards, overseeing key service providers, and maintaining our park, entryway, roadsides, and trails.
